About Me...
Hello, I'm Emma Thomas! I am a photographer from Washington Missouri. I've been in the photography business for a little over four years!
Before heading to college, I worked as a coordinator for a local wedding venue in my hometown. When I wasn't working a wedding on the weekends, I was taking pictures for friends and family! Since then I've grown a stable presence on social media, and a reputation as "the girl who likes taking photos" :) I have such a heart for capturing the beauty in between moments.
When I'm not with my camera, you can usually find me in a coffee shop. Getting coffee and talking with friends is such a love language for me!
MY MISSION:
My goal as your photographer is to make picture-taking easy, breezy, and FUN for you! When taking photos, I make sure to highlight details, emotions, and all the beautiful moments. When editing, I stick to a very natural style. I like to deepen the shadows, and enhance the beauty that is already there. I soften harsh colors, and add warmth to bring life back into the photo. I avoid photoshop almost completely.
As a general rule, I try to stay away from poses. Instead, I give my clients prompts! Little nudges into creating a moment that I can capture, and the result is always true authenticity.
With me as your photographer, I can guarantee that I will be able to provide beautiful, natural, and authentic photos that will last.
